 Job Overview

We are looking for a clerk to provide administrative assistance. As a clerk you will be working alongside the Accounts, HR, and secretarial departments. You will be in charge of providing basic office support for the day-to-day running of the company.

 

Skills/Qualifications

·       University degree.

·       Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Keen, hard-working, and a proactive team player with a can-do attitude.

·       IT skills is an advantage.

·       Flexible and strong ability to multi-task.

·       Ability to work under pressure.

·       Numerically proficient and ability to think on your feet.

Responsibilities:

·       Data entry, entering data into our computerised management systems.

·       Creating Word documents and filing.

·       Setting-up and clearing meeting rooms.

·       Photocopying.

·       Dealing with the clerical management of our accounts, HR, and secretarial department.

·       In-charge of data-entry for the weigh-bridge.
